FAQ

I forgot my passphrase. Can you help?

We’re sorry — no. It cannot be recovered by anyone, including us. This is a deliberate property of real encryption.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Open the Settings app → tap your name → Subscriptions → Tuckaway → Cancel. You keep access to existing media after cancelling.

How do I delete all my data?

Deleting the app removes Tuckaway’s local data from your device. Depending on your settings, encrypted data in iCloud Backup and Apple Keychain items used for restore may remain until you remove them through iOS Settings, under your Apple Account and iCloud backup settings. This is by design, so your everyday gallery can be restored on a new iPhone.

Is my data really private?

Yes. There’s no server and no account. See our Privacy Policy.

Which devices are supported?

iPhone and iPad on iOS/iPadOS 17 and later.
